Hi everyone!
Recently I have been wondering what is the best way to get the most accurate country-specific SERP results. Let's say that I want to to get UK results for "dark chocolate"
I have 2 ways to do this.
1. searchlatte.com - On the homepage it says :
"BUILD GOOGLE SEARCHES IN ANY COMBINATION OF GOOGLE SUPPORTED TOP LEVEL DOMAIN, COUNTRY AND LANGUAGE.
A TOOL FOR INTERNATIONAL SEOS"
2. Change the region settings in Google search settings to UK
and then change the country option to the UK because otherwise, it stays to "any country".
Here is the 1st page
You can clearly see that there is a difference between the results from the 1st and the 2nd method.
*!* I found that the ONLY way to get the same results from both methods is if I don't change the country option to "the UK" and leave it as "any country" ......but I find this strange since if we only have to change the region settings to UK and just leave the country option by default why Google included such an option ?
I will really appreciate if someone can give me more insight and tell which of the methods is most accurate and if there is any other way to get better country-specific results.
Thank you !
