Hi, i have started using facebook ad service.

I run multiple ads campaigns, like CPM (i know it's bulls**), hardly can achieve better CTR (anyway, i was targeting specific content for males).

Next i setup page likes, i could not get impressions with 0,10 - 0,30? so i set the automatic price which was 0.77 ? (per like), quite much. The final result is, my relevance score in page likes is only 1 - 3 and i am targeting almost same audiences like in CPM (there was 7-8 score).

Any help how to get lower the price for ads ? I know about targeting cusom audiences (creating own lists, scrapping etc.), is there any other option ? :) thnks

Only target people on Androids/iOS and Desktops through the news feed. Do not send traffic to right hand side ads.

Use a pretty face (female when ever possible, celebrity when ever possible). Make sure the ad size is correct. You can download paint.net for free and edit pictures with it - Visit Youtube and look up how to edit pictures with "paint.net". I've included some images for you to get an idea. They are also the correct the image size, so if you have your own images, just open up paint.net and add delete the image there and fit your image inside that image size.

Other than that, TEST, TEST, TEST.

You might have to test like 20-30-50-100 images to find 1-3 that works. Learn how to use power editor.

Have 1 image & ad copy in the same adset, but copy the ad 2 times (so you have a total of 3 exact same ads in the same adset).

Set the adset price to $3/day.

Then make new adsets with same settings and ad text copy, just change the image and have 3 ads in that adset too... just repeat that process until you have like 20-30 adsets with different images. You'll soon find a few that will give you 6-15 % CTR.

I normally bid on post per engagement and let facebook do the optimization - i.e oCPM.
Other times I use clicks to website with oCPM.

Make sure you understand the relevancy score. It comes down to how good your targeting is, don't make it too broad but understand who your target audience is.

I would stick with unpublished posts/dark posts as I have the greatest success with them, they give you more ad copy, buttons, etc.

Refine your campaign, use the quick tab in your news feed of your ads performance see what age group/sex is responding and adjust your target accordingly, should improve your score.
