How to get emails for file downloads?

Hi guys! How's your day going?

I was wondering how can I do to get users emails in exchange for a pdf file.

I'll try to make myself clearer;
I'm going to create a new page (I'm using Wordpress) where users land and they need to put their email so I send them back immediately an email with the pdf file attached to it.

How can I do that? What plugin do I need or where can I find a code to do such thing? :/

Squeeze page > email put in > automatic email sent out for the user to download whatever you offered.

Yes! An email autoresponder. Thanks for that, didn't know what was called in english..

That's what I'm looking for, but a free version of it.. as to start with something, you know.
I checked GetResponse but its reviews say it sucks a lot haha

Also checked for alternatives to Aweber and apparently Mailchimp (free version of it) could do the work. Will try.

Ok to make thing simple you can try click funnels or you can go to the download section. There are templates there that you can use. You simply download the the template and create the the page with Kompozer
