interesting, i suggest you work on the ai itself to make it do better quality instead of scaling.. 100 sites with good quality articles are way much better than shitty articles sprayed on 1000 sites..

That depends on cost and time. If you can generate, and backlinks to pillar contents and submit 500 articles/day to various sites and web 2.0 using AI and maybe spin high quality pillar content with the help of AI...
It might be work.

Because google still index duplicate contents, why not spun/generated content?

I think there's no easy and fast way otherwise everyone will be doing it till the method no longer works due to saturation. Instead, you'll need to find some method that works for you manually then use AI to automate it.

On the contrary, if it ranks well and has badly written content, it might in fact be a great place to earn pennies by enticing the user to check away from the page via a money-making clickbait. Just use a bit more imagination along with what I said here and it is likely to start earning small/tiny amounts.
 
While it is difficult to use GPT-2 or GPT-3 to directly generate solid content, you can use these models to summarize or reword content. By scraping niches from blogs, it is very easy to then repurpose their content using these tools to generate well-structured articles without being word-for-word copied. I’ve found this to be superior to generating the content entirely from language models.
