How to find facebook group

Can you please recommend a method or software to find many facebook groups where I can post without approval (approval to join or approval to post)?

I have used Jarvee in past and it's good for finding groups and posting.
Regarding approval to join and post it can't be controlled if they are closed groups.
You can give Public groups a try maybe generally these are already spammed to hell.

No software can do that
you need to to it manually or hire someone
