How to fake vote with FB Like button?

I'm participating in some contest. The only thing to enter is to put some Facebook "I Like" button in your blog so people can "vote" for you.

The thing is some guy is getting SO MUCH votes!!
I know it's illegal because his blog it's really small. (and has less than 60 peoples in it's FB fan page)
There is no way he can get so much votes! (more than 10/minute!!)

My questions are:

Is there a way to "fake" this kind of votation? (with "likes" buttons)
(i also saw that the same guy has posts with +500 likes in his blog... I KNOW they are FAKE).

And... if so, is there a way to detect those fraudly votes?

Like Button Votes fraud cant be found that easy because most of votes are fake they dont have any friends so u cant see them in mutual friends likes
There is a way around I need to see if it works or not
 
I would like to know this, i am in a competiton and found someone is getting votes from nowhere! is there any way round this?
 
yes u can hire people who got facebook accts with some friends on it.. in bulk so thy can vote for u.. PM me for more details..!
 
Wow what a hacker, imagine 10 votes in 1 minute? that could probably be possible if they're voting to see a live exclusive of a justin bieber scandal.
 
they collect 1000 in an hour. I'm in a competition and i need 200 vote. how can i get this? is there anybody who can help me?
 
is someone can post the code if the fb likekucking
 
I can't say I've come across a way to do it myself, but I've seen many people use fake I like buttons. Not sure how they do it though.
