Well there are options. I use a software called Ninja blaster. and it does that fine. But its ain't free . But its effective if you can have it.

Search this up on Google: XTractor 2.0 Chrome Extension. I can't belive how well this works.
Remember - It extracts only 100 and then it will ask for Licence.

It doesn't extract the real emails, it extracts the @facebook.com mails which are useless now.
I am senting groups invites to @facebook.com mail id's

It doesn't work anymore, every mail you send to @Facebook will get you an error
Oh is it, I am just pasting the email id's in the invite box inside group settings, Hope i am doing wrong.

Oh, I'm sorry, I misread your last post. I thought you were sending mass emails not mass invites to a facebook group. I don't know about that, sorry again!
