How to download historical Instagram @mentions data for users

I am building a custom Instagram marketing platform for clients. We tried using Zapier but can only get @mention data moving forward and not historical data. What's the best way to get this? We only need it for a handful of clients...supposedly there are companies/people who have data warehouses that have tons of posts stored that we can get this data from?
