Not sure about Elementor, but you can do it on 100% in plugin called Slider Revolution with some dope animations as well.
It's easy to add in Elementor, just add block called something like "shortcode" and paste code from slider revolution to your page section where you want it to be. At least that's how I did it with my projects.

I thought you can add this with elementor, drag image options on that page. else may theme have that options or they used plugin for that
