How to create and verify PayPal account?

• Don’t duplicate user info (you can use your friends’ or family members’ information if needed).
• Don’t duplicate IP addresses (use 4G from your phone. Each time you log in, enable airplane mode for 15 seconds, then turn it off to get a new IP address, or you can also use proxies).
• Don’t use the same device.
• Account type: Register as a business account right from the start. The business name, address, and personal name should match the details on your official documents.

You can do whatever you want with the account, but if you get a dispute you are fucked either way, if your account is not verified and u are not looking to verify it, disputes are killers. You can create it how u like with different ip's and whatever, warm it up etc. it all comes down to the fact once paypal thinks that you are suspicious you will get asked for id.
Let me give you an example. I had an account in which i never got banned for whatever reason, money was going in and out like mad. No one cared. Then, I had a new account and i never used it and when i logged back in, it was flagged as suspicious and asked for id. Its a higher chance that you will get flagged if u use vpn.

2. Warm up acccount
To increase the frequency of receiving payments, the higher the threshold you set, the better. As for how long an account stays active, it depends on the number of disputes. Whenever a dispute arises, resolve it as quickly as possible and minimize the number of disputes. Accounts may still get limited from time to time, but if you send the right information and a detailed PDF explanation, the limitation can be lifted.
However, if there are consecutive disputes (just 3 cases), the account will become much harder to recover and will likely be considered suspicious. So, I always keep a backup account ready to avoid payment interruptions.

3. Withdraw funds
When withdrawing money, it’s best to withdraw to a bank account a few times, and then you can transfer it to another account. However, transferring to another account can be hit or miss. If you end up transferring to an account with issues, your account could also get flagged.

These are just a few small tips I use with PayPal. I’d love to hear more tips from others to help me and everyone else gain more knowledge.
