How to create and verify PayPal account?

Lately, I've been getting a lot of customer support questions about how to register and verify a PayPal account. Here are some of the tips and methods I use when managing multiple PayPal accounts. Feel free to check them out and see if they work for you.

1. Create an account
When creating multiple accounts, keep the following in mind:

• Don’t duplicate user info (you can use your friends’ or family members’ information if needed).
• Don’t duplicate IP addresses (use 4G from your phone. Each time you log in, enable airplane mode for 15 seconds, then turn it off to get a new IP address, or you can also use proxies).
• Don’t use the same device.
• Account type: Register as a business account right from the start. The business name, address, and personal name should match the details on your official documents.

2. Warm up acccount
To increase the frequency of receiving payments, the higher the threshold you set, the better. As for how long an account stays active, it depends on the number of disputes. Whenever a dispute arises, resolve it as quickly as possible and minimize the number of disputes. Accounts may still get limited from time to time, but if you send the right information and a detailed PDF explanation, the limitation can be lifted.
However, if there are consecutive disputes (just 3 cases), the account will become much harder to recover and will likely be considered suspicious. So, I always keep a backup account ready to avoid payment interruptions.

3. Withdraw funds
When withdrawing money, it’s best to withdraw to a bank account a few times, and then you can transfer it to another account. However, transferring to another account can be hit or miss. If you end up transferring to an account with issues, your account could also get flagged.

You missed to say that you can actually open 2 PayPal accounts with the same information and everything will be alright: one personal and one business (the business name can be a random fake one or your actual name).

I have experience with paypal and let me tell you, they give less shits than you could imagine. You can do whatever you want with the account, but if you get a dispute you are fucked either way, if your account is not verified and u are not looking to verify it, disputes are killers. You can create it how u like with different ip's and whatever, warm it up etc. it all comes down to the fact once paypal thinks that you are suspicious you will get asked for id.
Let me give you an example. I had an account in which i never got banned for whatever reason, money was going in and out like mad. No one cared. Thanks for sharing! I agree, mobile proxies can be useful, though they don’t 100% guarantee account safety. From my experience, avoiding frequent IP switches and keeping account activity consistent really helps. Combining smart IP management with good account habits seems to lower risks a lot.

For business acc you'll only need the front of your ID.

Once they ask for verifications you are done, do not fake the photos as it can get you in more trouble. Just use different phone number and set up new account. Paypal bans accounts and flags the phone numbers - nothing else.

PayPal is honestly one of the best payment platforms I've come across—it's easy to use and rarely causes any issues. I appreciate how clearly you explained the account opening process for new users.

Better to connect it to a real bank rather than vcc.

BTW, I don't agree to register as a business first hand, unless you connect it to a business bank account too.

Keep your first few transactions at low rates.

Be careful what proxy you use. Better zero fraud score.

I have a valid real person who was in the past in the US and has obtained their SSN number (these are valid for life).
I have registered a US paypal account, verified almost everything, except the bank account and an ID/utility bill.

Nowdays is impossible to create Paypal accs, it ask kyc after singup
