How to create a Bing ads account?

Hi, i have created 2 Bing ads account before and they died as soon as i had added my credit card with the same reason "suspect payment". I did not understand why, it was the first time i created a Bing ads account. Someone please help me for that. Thank you in advance!

It can be because your adress don t march the credit card

Yes, Right all account i made, when i want to input CC is banned. Anyone know why it always like that?

open account wait 24 to 48 hour ; Add your card or vcc ; make same adress as your ip location .

use new vps or socks

Better to move on Bing Ads discussion forum as that's the best way to get the solution of the issue just because they have deep discussion on the same.

If the account was legit I see no reason why they will ban it. If you tried to open a throw account I can understand why they banned those accounts.

I created my account as usual, add my creadit card then i did not know why bing ads ban me

Did you used copy and paste? Copy and paste while filling the form can trigger the anti fraud system.
