Hi, i have created 2 Bing ads account before and they died as soon as i had added my credit card with the same reason "suspect payment". I did not understand why, it was the first time i created a Bing ads account. Someone please help me for that. Thank you in advance!

If the account was legit I see no reason why they will ban it. If you tried to open a throw account I can understand why they banned those accounts.

Did you used copy and paste? Copy and paste while filling the form can trigger the anti fraud system.
