If i outsource my SEO linkbuilding to company i will get report. Checking all links 1 by 1 will take a lot of time. Is there a tool that checks for backlinks automatically?

As mentioned, scrapebox does that. If thats all you need, they produce a FREE tool that only checks links:

The paid version does a ton more stuff though obviously!

I personally use SEO Spyglass which comes with 3 other tools as part of SEO Powersuite. Got it from the downloads section so check it out there.

Try Yahoo Site Explorer and also Scrapebox, it come with an add-on Backlink Checker.
