I have a website and i have completed building 1st tier links. it is almost 6 month passed but the links are not index yet. As i saw seo workers give thousands of wiki links to 1st tier links so that it will get index. Please tell me how to build wiki links by manually or by any automated tools.

I would NOT recommend blasting 1,000's of wiki links blindly. I've been bit by doing jus that in the past.

But for free tool you MAY be able to find one here in the Downloads section. There used to be a few. Use forum search tool on that section.

But without blasting it is hard to index all the post or pages of a newly created blog/site which links to my money site.

IF you need to index your Tier One properties blast them with some social signals like twitter retweets, facebook shares, linkedIN shares etc rather than blindly blasting with wiki links. Use wiki links as a part of your tier two, obviously not the main approach

The classic 3 tier setup really doesn't work all that well anymore. What used to be a solid tier 2 (wikis, article directories, etc) is better off used as tier 3. I personally use public blog networks and web 2.0 blasts for my tier 2 now.
