Yo guys,

I'm diving into the dropshipping game and looking for ways to drive traffic and boost sales. I’m using Sellvia as my platform — the product selection and fast shipping are on point, but I’m struggling to get consistent conversions. Tried running Facebook and TikTok ads, but the results are kinda meh.

Anyone here got some solid strategies or hacks to increase traffic and scale the store faster? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I feel you on this one. I'm running my store with Sellvia too. Their products slap, but traffic ain't coming outta nowhere. What worked for me is hitting TikTok influencers and running some viral product reviews. Also, try Pinterest ads — they're cheaper and convert well for trending products. Plus, email marketing with abandoned cart reminders helped me boost sales.

Keep grinding, man!

Facebook and tiktok ads? No no no, Marketing a brand, business or whatever requires marketing all have THE SAME RULE, First, You need to understand the business you want to market or the product you want to offer, after that, The rest is easy.
And No, Running ads is not where you start marketing...From someone with more than decade of experience in marketing, I always tell people; marketing is not hard at all ... The most valuable asset you need is to first believe in the word "PROCESS"
If you're able to do that; Then, I will let you know what's next.

now days ads becoming a joke better to focus on branding

Hey James!
Successful advertising on platforms like Facebook and TikTok hinges on a deep understanding of your product and following a structured process, rather than jumping straight into ads.
With the right mindset and guidance, marketing can be much easier than it appears.

Interesting opinion, my Sellvia store mainly focuses on selling tech gadgets and popular home items. I want to add high-ticket items too. What should I do instead of ads?? What do you mean by the word 'process'? Sorry, I don't have much experience in marketing, and sometimes it's hard to understand certain things.

It's okay. By the word "process," I meant you need to understand how to take one step at a time. Don't grow impatient. Don't underestimate any process. Most importantly, always pay attention to what's going on around you. Your competitors are not your friends; they are your hidden teachers. Let me give you a relatabrelatable demonstration. What's the concept of your business and did you have a website for it?

Marketing is about understanding the business or product first, not just running ads. With over a decade of experience, I can tell you that the key is believing in the "PROCESS." Once you do that, the rest will follow.

if your ads aren’t converting, it’s probably your targeting, creatives, or landing page.

Thx for explonation, my business is a dropshipping store powered on the sellvia platform. Yes, i have a website, that’s where I make my money, i sell stuff online. It’s my first store, i’ve never launched any kind of online store before. As I mentioned, I sell home items and various gadgets, nothing special, but i wanna offer my customers smth unique too, so i’m thinking about adding high ticket stuff. The tricky part is that these items are hard to promote as i’ve heard.

Dropshipping can be tricky at first, but here are a few things that might help:
  1. Try using more natural, UGC-style videos for your ads — those often perform better than polished ones.
  2. Use retargeting ads for people who visit but don’t buy.
  3. Set up email or SMS flows (like abandoned cart reminders) to catch missed sales.
  4. Work with small influencers for shoutouts or reviews.
  5. Test offers like bundles or limited-time discounts to create urgency.

Have you tried to get free traffic from TikTok? TikTok or youtube short is a potential source of free traffic because your account does not need to have many followers but the video can still go viral and get free traffic.
