How to avoid Penalty From Google?

Hello to all bhw members,recently i was hit by a penalty from google 2 websites was removed from google,it happens once a year on my case,multi-niche websites 180-250 posts,content 70-80% unique,not rewrite or spinned,but i'm not mad because shi... happens all the time,on next project i want to do a little twist,i want to redirect after post them,my idea is to post an article and them redirect to a landing page on a different domain,it will work?the posted article it will still be indexed by google?
ok and now the number 2
we all see parasite ranking in google on first page,i have tried to do parasite and it
looks is working but my problem is that i create them manualy and it takes my 2-3 hours on each article and i was thinking to buy a tool that can do that for me,and i read it rankerx can do that,its true?what things i will need beeside rankerx to run a campaing?
waiting for suggestions,thanks

Maybe the penalty reason were spammy backlinks and not the site content itself?

Google never give penalty for Copied content, even for any content like hacking, porn. If we're talking exclusively about illegal sites like torrent, movies sharing, or drugs.

how you check your site been hit?
next is it you got lots of spammy links?
 
Simple,drop in traffic like 80% and webmasters notice,I have done only SEO on page and social media,no spammy backlinks,
 
I'm confused by what you're proposing to do?
 
A bit confusing. You get hit and now you consider redirecting to a lp as an option.

You say you're not mad by the penalties, and used to them.

Maybe I'm missing something here!
 
ok maybe i m misunderstand,i will build a new multinishe website,after i will build it, i will post articles after i post them i want to redirect evrey post on a landing page on other domain,my question is,Google will index my post if i will redirect?
and yes i'm not mad because it happens evrey year and i'm not depresed of this thing and it motivate me to work harder and harder
 
First of all, a pure spam penalty is a 100% onpage penalty for useless, rubbish, crapy content without value for users. Second, of course Google recognizes redirects after a page is indexed. May work a few hours or days, but Google then removes the page from the index again.

It's not so easy to get penalty for spammy backlinks, believe me; i got 50k toxic links, posted by competitors from toxic spammed domains and i saw them in webmaster panel, but the site was just put down of 30 positions. After i disavowed those links, site returned to the top. Show the full details

And how old is your website?

How long did it take for your site to recover after you disavov bad links?

its a problem by itself, google now ignore all the alerts to disavow links, it took 2 months to disavow the most of toxic links, but some of them remains still. After i saw in WMP that most of links have been eliminated, in a week , site has returned to the top
