When buying stuff like email lists the number of addresses on the list really is the least important metric. Ask yourself this: If you were to buy a list which would you care more about: the amount of emails on the list or the amount of interaction you got from the list when you send out offers? I hope the answer should be pretty clear.
If you want anyone to tell you what this is worth you need to provide some more relevant metrics. How many clicks does an average offer sent to the list provide? How many of these turn into sales? How is the list targeted? What is the niche? How was the list created? If you have scraped a bunch of emails using illegal methods that would significantly reduce the value of the list since no legitimate buyer can use it.
