How much time does Bing, AdWords & FB needs?

Hey, how much time does Bing, AdWords and FB needs to start showing results like impressions, clicks, CTR and others in both new and old accounts?

Adwords around 3 days (new account)
bing a couple of hours. (new account)
facebook a couple of hours. (new account)
I do not know how old accounts are in terms of waiting.

Usually facebook for me with churn and burn accounts takes like atleast 30minutes to 1 hour.
With bing new accounts with no errors usually my campaign launches within 30mins - 3 hours
Adwords takes time.

Also having problems with BING. Any way to not get banned?

It's been over 24 hours and still no stats. :/

There are 135 KWs @$5/day on 0.24 bid. Do you think that's the reason it's taking so much time?

Also, Bing showed me, if I remember correctly, the estimated clicks per month were 9 as I set the bid @ 0.24. Is that even correct? Do I get only 9 clicks per month? xD

Any Bing pros here in the forum that can clarify this, please?

Bid may be too low for you to get stats on the keyword.
usually what I do is I use automated bidding and just set the cap on 1$ per keyword then use ROAS as a bidding strategy for it or you can try maximum per click. But ROAS is very good.

Is this a new account? AD is approved?
If you still don't see within the next 12 hours any update. It may have been it's ghosted and your account will be suspended. ( That's just my guess ). As the new accounts that I create usually go live within 30mins - 3 hours. Depends to be honest.

What do you mean by ghosted? And yes its a brand new account. I'm just using a custom domain to redirect to the CPA offer.

Also, bing is telling me that those KWs have low search volume. I went for low competition keywords.

Some things that I'm still wondering if it's right -

1) When researching keywords, should I always go for low-medium competition keywords OR I can go for high too? Bing continuously says the KWs that I put are low searched keywords. Should I change? I went with these because of low competition.

2) I found a couple of highly niche targeted words in my keywords and phrases but those have 0 searches and 0 competition in Bing keyword planner. Should I still go with those?

3) I uploaded 135 keywords @ $5/day on 0.25 bid. So, is this why it's taking more than 24 hours and still no stats? Do you think I should increase the bid?
