After decent/tons? of time spent scraping, I managed to successfully scrape a lot, I mean a lot of expired domains.

But here's an interesting one:

The name is pretty weird, it's in Greece I believe with .com TLD

TF: 22
CF: 14
RD:545
BACKLINKS: ~26000
An extremely diverse anchor profile, including binary option anchor(is that bad)?
It doesn't consist only of that type of anchors.

Is this a potential gold mine? Should I get it?

huge difference between backlinks and referring domains, I'm not a fan of it. Check archive.org

If it's still indexed in google then it should be nice if everything else checks out
 
I would get it if I were you, nice RD seems, at least can use regard a lower tier.
 
I never had any luck with using sites for a PBN other than ones based in the USA.
 
What's the G monthly search volume?
Back links can be spam.

Good deal if everything is legit, but it is actually a bit suspicious, getting this kind of domain for 10$ is like hitting a jackpot tbh :D.

Based on your provided info I'm 99% sure that it will do more harm than good, don't use it.

When the domains cost just the registration fee, just go for it and risk $10. The potential return is infinite if you do it right, so $10 will seem like a joke if you hit it big.
 
A RD:Links ratio of 1:52 is never ideal.

With that amount of links as well as low TF/CF scores I would assume that they are all from new/ spammy sites.
 
Maybe links are clean, buut he had a link sitewide on a specific website, and that's why the BL count is so big. I don't think anyone can tell you if that domain is good or not for sure without looking at him ;)

if its clean with some big boy links like huffpo i would say around $50
