How much is Domain Authority Important? And Other questions.

I'm new into the world of SEO, and I have some questions:

1) How much is important the domain authority for ranking a website? And do you rank it with backlinks right?
2) When I try to rank my blog, should I buy backlinks for my domain or for my article? I dont understand this.
3) I'm using ChatGPT 3.5 for genereting my content, making it modify it and make it human readable, what else should I do?

Any other tips?

1. DA is a subjective metric that can easily be manipulated and offers almost no ranking potential itself, it is just a metric used by Moz.
2. Both. Most links to the home page as the juice will be spread out to all other pages too but your article pages shouldn't be left without any either
3. If you don't stop using it then you will get hit soon. I suggest you to pay attention to the recent events and how Google treats AI content (do that before you proceed building your blog)

I already have posted some articles and they are already indexed. Should I edit them or create new one..?

Just edit them to the point where they are not AI-generated anymore.
 
DA doesn't matter much. If your site is new focus on building links to the homepage and then the articles slowly. Also, don't use the AI articles if it is your long term project. Google punishing a lot of websites with AI articles. I recommend only quality human written articles.

1) Domain Authority as name indicates DA is very important in ranking a websites in Google search engine because it is measure of how much authority your website has. Yes.
2) If your domain is new then build backlinks to it, after when it gains some authority then starts to building backlinks to each blog.
3) Use paraphrasing and AI detection tools for making it 100% human readable.
