How Much Do People Pay For A Twitter Page?

I woke up to 7k followers.
Someone gave me the idea to sell the account.
If i can get the twitter up to 10k followers, how much could i get for this account?

Not a lot.
It will depend on the niche, are they real followers or botted? when did you create the account?
If you wanna sell it you should review other marketplaces to see how much similar accounts are going for.

its nsfw, real followers.... created the account maybe 6 months ago.. would you recommend any marketplaces?

Depends on many factor like niche of the page.
 
listing fee on BHW marketplace is $30 and guess thats around what you could sell the account for, so not really worth it.
 
How much really depends on the specifics since organic and bot followers on an account net different prices, on top of aged accounts and all that. The Marketplace section is a good place to check for seller posts, or you make a post on the Want to Buy section if that's more thing.
 
It's more about the engagement and the niche. Not so much how many followers you have. A 7k account can very well be worth nothing or maybe 200 bucks.
 
It also depends on the level of engagement on the account to decide the price it will likely go for.

Do you know if new accounts can get reply for tweets? Was posting like one video every day for a week, then tried with 3 videos in a day and got no views, maybe they dont like videos and just simple tweets to get views.

There's no strict restriction for that on new accounts. Although you may need to warm it up anyway to really get going on a new account. Consider simple tweets at the start before

75 retweets average. meaning like 50-100. some tweets have 200 -300 rt but not many.. impressions a day on one video i think maybe 1000 or more. average about 50k views per video, some have 100k some have 200k. 400-500 likes each vid avg

my tweets dont get many replies... people mostly like or save to bookmark and retweet. replies are far and few between
