There's no strict restriction for that on new accounts. Although you may need to warm it up anyway to really get going on a new account. Consider simple tweets at the start before

75 retweets average. meaning like 50-100. some tweets have 200 -300 rt but not many.. impressions a day on one video i think maybe 1000 or more. average about 50k views per video, some have 100k some have 200k. 400-500 likes each vid avg

my tweets dont get many replies... people mostly like or save to bookmark and retweet. replies are far and few between

You can go on micro/classified niche sites to list your offer at interest cost,but there are many affiliate program that can pay with conversion from followers list instead of selling it.
