How much commission/equity should I give?

Owner of a new startup here,

Wanting to know how much equity or commission I should give to the following roles. Please note the equity is shares in the company, after I have given them out I cannot get them back. Commission is a percentage of company sales, this can have a timeframe e.g 5% for 2 years.

Anyways the positions are;
Logo Designer/Brand Consultant
Web designer
App developer
Accountant
Content manager

If there are other jobs that you know of let me know. I have a lawyer ready to go to type NDAs, contracts etc.

None of those positions would warrant an equity position in a startup.

Unless you are giving them equity instead of a salary?

Even then, you'd be crazy to give someone equity for designing a logo, for example.

Appreciate your reply, No I'm not giving them salary, this is just to get the business rolling. Is the commission a better option. I only thought of this because I am broke. Fair enough, I can stretch to pay a logo designer, even for the first year I can do all the accounting and content managing. So mainly I'm looking at how generous should I be to the web and app designers.

I don't want to go in and offer too much here...
