How many visitors can Siteground shared hosting handle at a time?

Siteground shared hosting has a capping of 100k visitors/m in GoGeek plan. Do they restrict number of users at a time? Can we increase the limit through caching?
I have heard from several users that Siteground takes down the site once you cross the limit. I want a honest review from users.

Looks like a question that you should be asking their support team instead of BHW.

Their support team says that the limits are just to give an idea to customers about the range of traffic. But they are hiding a lot of info that I got from other users about capping CPU minutes. I just want to explore the dark side before signing up.

I would recommend to go for cloudways. the reason being they are providing cloud hosting and even server requires more power at run time, it has an option for vertical scaling

When I was using shared host with Stablehost (I think they have similar plan, not sure), my Wordpress could serve about 2xx-3xx concurrent users at a time without being shutdown, just a little bit slower. You definitely need a cache, the rest depends on other elements.

First question is your site crossing monthly 1 lakh views? If not you do not need to worry. If yo don’t like siteground then kingsta if you have the budget for that

I get more traffic on Weekends, so I wanted to know if Siteground creates any problem during peak hours. I have read reviews of some users that their sites were taken down during peak hours. And there is no scaling option, so you need to upgrade to next plan (from $12/m to $80/m) for site to be live. If you use the limits by 22nd of month, the site will go down until 1st of next month. I found it all by reading several reviews. So, I just want to get more details from users.

At present I have 25k-30k visits/m. Some of my medium traffic keywords are on Google page 2 (some of them dropped due to slow speeds). At present I have terrible speeds and rankings will get better if I migrate to a better host. However, the adsense income is low, so I don't want to switch to dedicated hosting just based on assumptions. At present, I need fast hosting for a few months which can sustain the SERPs for a few months.

Which platform you are using? Anw 1k/day is not much and a properly configured website on shared host can handle this easily. You don't need a dedicated server, it is for a few millions/month. Just a 5$ VPS on DO or Vultr is more than enough if you are still worry.

as you have mentioned you have 25k-30k visits/m ..it will easily handle this much traffic

If the support team won't give you accurate information, look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that are open about the exact resource caps, vague answers are often a sign of overloaded servers.
