Yes, google not indexing my new blog post automatically, I have to do index requesting via GSC

No problem indexing... actually, I don't like it that google wastes my bandwidth.
What is the point of re-indexing if you see from the sitemap that nothing changed.

PS: The funny thing... sometimes, I update a few pages. So you'd assume google would go and re-index those pages. NOPE.

Same here. Haven't had a problem on any of my sites, over a decade old. Now I can't even get a new page indexed through GSC. Submitted multiple times.
