My website (trafficyup) is 9 months old. I do 15 links daily but no traffic on the site. How many backlinks should i do per day. Please give your valuable suggestions.

Write quality content and build backlinks from relevant and authority websites of the same niche.

And use naked url, brand name and anchor texts such as "click here" while building links.

If you can build high quality backlinks, then the number of links per day is no problem at all.
The key is quality of your links, not quantity.
I recommend you use article marketing, infographic etc

PS: use multiple keywords, so it looks natural

Quality over quantity. Don't be so concerned about the number of backlinks you make daily. If it were that easy, we'd all be making a fortune right now.
