How likely it is that I'll be sued?

I'll try to make it short.

I decided to make parodies of videos, a la Hitler finds out....
So I used this 1 minute video of an Indian Movie, because the character greatly resembles the president of my country (I'm in Latin America). I added subtitles that had nothing to do with the actual speech (which I don't understand anyway), so that the characters seem to be talking about recent events in my country.

I believe this falls under fair use.

Youtube ID found a match, I claimed fair use, and unsurprisingly, the company, Shemaroo, declined my claim. As far as I know, the company doesn't have any offices in the US, although I don't know if that matters.

I can claim fair use a second time, however, I know that if I do so, I'd be exposing myself to a lawsuit.

So, should I? Does the fact that we're in two different non-US countries matter?

I'd appreciate any insights.
