Going easy on him, when you think we can start seen some real action against this kind of people? You know it only takes a few minutes for that link to be crawled. Months of works and money can go down the drain very quickly with a link like this.

When I checked in Ahrefs and Majestic, there were no redirects, so it cant be a 301
