How do you manage to get views on medium?

Yes that's the question!! I want to know how do you guys get a lot of followers and views on your articles on medium website
I want to know how at least to write the right articles, so my friend published series of books, he published two so far and I'm trying to help him to build an audience, even though I studied marketing but it's harder than I thought when it comes to do the action in real life.
So please everyone, we don't want to be famous or anything, I just want real advice and some tricks that will help us to grow the audience a bit as an author that's all.

From my experience, I want to say that you don't need to rush to view activity. It is the desire to post as many articles as possible that will automatically lead to activity - some articles will be shared, some will rise in Google search. The more articles, the more views they will gain - the main thing is not to give up.

I'm actually new on the website and I want to rush, that's why I asked for some advice, how many times do you think I should post?
 
Consider Medium as a long-term goal. Start publishing high-quality articles on your own website, complete with images and videos to support the content. Ensure the content is SEO optimized for search engines, and be patient over time, you’ll start gaining views.

It is hard to get views on medium now, google does not give it much importance. This is because lot of users spammed the platform.
 
create your own wordpress website, you look a motivated person, I don't see why relying on medium

Actually my friend who published his books wants that and we're using WordPress too

everything you said is already on google... besides I asked because what we are writing is about entrepreneurship so I have idea what I should right about..

So you need to post your articles in publications bro. If it's entrepreneur like post in better marketing or entrepreneur pubs. Best way to grow fast. Also write consistently. A lot. Write something that benefits the reader and use internal links wisely. Also if you have ebooks put them on gumroad and check the box to do gumroad discover max impressions you'll get signups this way that you can import into medium

I will warn you bro there was just a mass exodus from medium. You don't get much organic views anymore tbh you have to self promote it and rank it on Google. Or somehow get people to share it. I think one strategy is you can embed a tweet with a link the article and tell people to retweet it
 
I also share my articles in places like Reddit, Quora, or LinkedIn, and make sure to interact with other Medium writers by reading, clapping, and leaving thoughtful comments.
 
Skip Medium for now. LinkedIn Pulse can give you better results. If you have an older LinkedIn account, it’s easier to get views from search engines and visibility from Linkedin as well.
