So I have a question how are these sites monetized?

So I went on a pretty popular facebook page with around 900K likes, and the page posts links to websites like these asking them to "LOOK AT WHAT THIS GIRL DID AFTER SHAVING HER HEAD" or "10 BIKINI PICS THAT ALMOST SHOW NIPS," and they go to pages with galleries that you have to press next to see the next picture.
I don't see any ads or CPA affiliate ads on the page, so how do they make money....
So:
1. How does this facebook page (Bryan Silva, is the name) make money, because they only post these links and stupid videos and memes?
2. And how do the gallery pages make money?
