How do they cashout?

I know a movie pirate site that earns $40M a year. The domain is blocked many times and they receive many threats from copyright agencies. They just change the domain extension everytime they get blocked.
Now let us assume that
1) They use a offshore VPS that ignores DMCA
2) Paid for the hosting using bitcoins.
3) Use a encrypted VM behind a proxy that connects to TOR using tails.
4) Use encrypted email services.

Now my question is how do they evade DMCA?

Even though they used bitcoins for purchasing hosting, the payment mode used for buying the bitcoins can be traced right? Say they used a fake paypal, even then they can be traced by the payment method
they used to top up paypal right!? How do they receive payments from their ad-network? They can be traced by the payment done by their ad-network. Say they used a fake paypal here also, How do cash out their earnings?

well bitcoins are just numbers from one hash to other
u cannot trace it back any back

lets say
you got 1 btc from xxx hash code
thats all info you have
fine somehow being fbi and all you traced it back that
xxx got it from yyy
but there is no way to know who yyy is.. bitcoins hashcode have no details attached to it that will tell who exactly is yyy
hence no way to know who sold bitcoin to xxx and who is yyy
hence if u dont know who yyy is how will you ask him the payment method?
geting my point?
that is why bitcoin are illegal cuz they are used for most black market transactions
cuz they are practically untraceable if personal wallets are used

By know, I said I know they operate and their profit figures from a article that I read. Not personally. It is a popular movie pirate site in Asia. That is all I can tell!

So, they cant find out who got those bitcoins even if I used Paypal to get the bitcoins from a exchange?
Their payments from ad agencies can be traced right? And I read that bitcoin exchanges like Coinbase ask identity proofs. So even if they dodged all these, they will be caught when they cash out right?
 
When you tumble the bitcoins a couple times it's pretty much impossible to trace it.

But what about the payments from ad agencies and cash out? How do stay off radar there?
 
If it's India though..police won't even give a shit to trace the owner. I can say that for sure :D

I don't think any pirated movie site can earn 40m$/year by ads . considering most of the users are using adblock . Op's post is missing something/misleading.

That is easy on the darkweb you can buy any account you want, PP, bank accounts, Skrill etc etc

It's not impossible but yeah..rn I don't think any website is earning that kinda money.

The revenue is $40M/year bro! Unfortunately I do not have access to their financial sheets. I can say a major chunk of it comes from ads, I did not find any premium memberships on their site. Have you ever heard of anti ad-blocks?

Did I post a guide or how I earned $40M/year with a movie pirate site thread? I just wanted to know how they manage to stay off the radar even after they are being blocked and warned by government agencies. I never claimed anything. What am I missing, their financial sheet? Lol!

well coin base can only tell that you converted x amount of bitcoins to your currency but they cannot tell for what did you get those bitcoin for...or who sent it...
so as long as you can make a fake show page that you are earning from that buisness you should be fine
but in any case you can even find private exchangers who will be ready to do deal in private without asking much question (ofcourse at a certain fee)
