So I've been doing some research and checking out the backlinks of sites that rank highly for certain niches, and I've found that many of these backlinks come in do follow comment form, from some pages like this: bitcoincard .org/blog/?page=post&blog=bitcoincard_blog&post_id=sample_yransaction

If you look at the comments, there's tons of spam and abuse of anchor text. Now, I know google can penalize your site, but when looking at the majority of sites that I know use SEO, they use tons of backlinks from pages like this and they all rank very high, in spots 1 - 4 usually on google so they must be doing something right; I've found some of these pages to have a pretty good Page authority as well.

My question is, how do people find these kinds of sites? There has to be some sort of software or search engine that finds them, most of the time they're from a different country that isn't aware of concepts such as do follow or no follow for their comments. These can't be bots doing it because almost all of them require captcha to post, so what's the deal?

I was just reading a great article on this top here :
Code:
[URL]http://backlinko.com/17-untapped-backlink-sources[/URL]
.
Lists ways to get some great back links.

Hope it helps!

Few tools do that Job, I've often seen people Using GSA Ser for blog comments and then scrape those report and use with other sites.

Keep in mind a lot of SEOs are hiding their backlinks. If you are research BH SEO, you need to get creative to find the PBNs they use. Ahrefs alone doesnt usually cut it.

Of course it is largely software based OP. Don't think for a second that captcha processes can't be automated. Crap even I still use decaptcha services from time to time via web processes, but implementation by way of API is very easy as well and most of the major SEO softwares have captcha support, so yes - this is largely 100% automated for the spam links. Don't neglect to consider that it might be the overall backlink profile of many of these sites that mediates the risk of these types of links.

In my opinion a lot of people scrape these with custom scrapebox footprints, and/or zennoposter templates.

joseph15, don't overcomplicate your thinking too... just do 100 of those links yourself, by hand and you are well on your way to success. don't always use tools. the first 100 links can be hand made and hand selected

I think you're falling into the trap of assuming you can see all the links in a sites profile.

Okay, if ahref and moz does not show hidden PBN backlinks, is there any other tool?

I mean guys, on this forum i see people who have as a service posting comments (backlinks), so my question...where they find this blogs or sites where they comment....cuz im sure they dont all have a pbn..

Are you talking about Blog comments? If so, they use tools like ScrapeBox.
