Totally depends on the quality of an account, if the account is bot it won't survive more then 2 hours, and if you spam it will die instantly.
if the users are from real users it can survive for very long if used wisely.

Now click stories then scroll down and select the photo or video you wish to download. And hit download. That's it once your download is finished your file will automatically be saved on your device.
