How do i redirect ample traffic to a Blogger?

So, I've started out using a free subdomain (Blogger) as a test. What activities apart from kw research would intensify the traffic. Also, is it feasible to develop an affiliate out of this?

Focus on alternate traffic sources:
The first rule of getting traffic is to find all alternatives. You need to create social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Reddit and Pinterest have more conversions for many niches). Apart from them get backlinks (and perhaps traffic) from parasites.

SEO:
Both on-site and off-site SEO are important. So, you need to optimize your content while not effecting UX. Build backlinks from as many authoritative sources as you can, and as fast as you can (But avoid spam links).

Wordpress and custom domain:
Switch to wordpress as soon as you hit 1k visitors per day. This may seem too early but trust me, wordpress offers a lot more than blogspot. And find a relevant custom domain as soon as you can. Choose a short domain without much kw. As your site grows, your domain name becomes a keyword itself. So, choose something unique.

Quora:
As you are asking about Quora, remember that it's just like any other parasite. The first rule you should always follow on Quora is not to post links that appear like a promotion. Quora mods are strict and as soon as you get 1k visitors/day, they manually check content and remove your answer. You should find questions that attract a lot of visitors but have less upvotes. A simple Google search can provide you with the regular questions that show up for high traffic keywords. Use clickbait images (this works pretty well on Quora) and write a hook at the beginning of the sentence. Build relation with your audience by responding to comments (this also improves views).

#Pavan didn't leave a thing out he spitted a hell of info right there, love Blogpost and no matter how many times a go to wordpress i keep coming back to Blogger it simple to use but i hate the limitation i don't know if google will ever step up and make more fixable "Damitt"

First of all, you have to consider your niche when you’re thinking about ways to increase traffic. I suggest finding niche-specific places online like subreddits, Facebook groups, Insta pages — and Quora, of course. Use the algorithm of each of those social media sites to your advantage, tag your posts correctly and, above all, be consistent about posting. That goes for both your social media campaign and your site. I don’t think you’ll be able to do all of this alone, so you might want to think about getting a helper. Your answer performed well. The question only had 85 followers, so you can't expect a lot from it. I know that it's nearly impossible to find relevant questions. You are lucky that your niche (fashion) is good for clickbait images. At least half of Quora users click on answers with attention-grabbing images. I've never focused on Quora much but I've done some experiments and found clickbaits to be most promising. I've added image of Priyanka Chopra to a totally irrelevant answer, and managed to get over 60k views within a week. The views would have crossed 1M if I've chosen a general niche.
The best I can suggest you is to not stick to your niche. Get some creative ideas about how you can inject your content into a general answer. Collect viral content from either Reddit or Twitter. Ask questions based on viral content with a link to your blog. Check Quora spaces (new feature) and follow the topics with most users. Collect questions with over 1k followers. Now write answers with a clickbait image and justify it in your answer. If your blog has some pictures, then just post a naked url at the bottom of the answer as image source. Even if you manage to write 1 such answer in a week, then you will get good traffic. If you are not sure about it, then just write answers without links and see if you get upvotes. You need to experiment on Quora to test conversions.
