Hi everyone,

Lately I’ve been trying to figure out how to turn things around because this year my sales have dropped significantly.

It made me step back and realise I might need to rethink my approach instead of just repeating what used to work.

So I wanted to ask the community:

What’s the most effective method you’ve personally discovered for increasing sales recently?

Not theory but something that actually worked for you.

Whether it’s a traffic source, conversion tweak, offer positioning, funnel change, outreach method, or anything else that made a real difference.

Would really appreciate hearing what’s working right now in 2026.

Double/Tripple your prices and bring in a sales team that sells on percent, outsource selling to someone that does it for a living.

How to do that if you don’t mind could you guide me a bit.
 
You get sales by first making sure there is real demand for your offer then putting it in front of the right audience with a clear problem focused message and simple call to action because most people fail not from lack of traffic but from weak positioning unclear value and no trust signals so focus on one target customer one main pain point one strong benefit and drive traffic from one solid channel first before trying to scale everywhere at once

Oh ok but like how are you doing it thorugh offline contacts exactly like are you giving them an percentage of your sales and if that is it how much is that.

Your guidance would really help me out.

In my case, they get 50% of the sales. But that depends on your marginals, it might e different for you. The thing is, be generous, do not act like a cheapskate and think you are going to get results.

Isn’t 50% of the sales value tooo much, as if you get an $1000 order you would have to pay $500 to the team and if you don’t mind could you tell me how much sales are you getting and like how could I find these kind of Team as I live in an 3rd world country and it’s very hard to find good people here.
 
It depends on the service!

But what I have noticed for myself is that nowadays people sell "free", pictures and videos advertisements, and personal branding. Many want to buy from a person, not from a faceless brand. Many want to see direct results in the form of examples! So I would see that by showing these things, more sales can be created.
But it still all depends on what service you offer. Because the approach to this service can be different. If it is a physical or digital product.
Sometimes you have to collaborate - teamUp with others in some way..

Well, that is why I told you to double or tripple your prices, to afford that kind of deal. The sales team got to eat too you know and if they can`t eat they will stopp getting you sales.

Yeah I get that but like if you are giving 50% of your sales value to the team are they happy ???

Sales Agency - Either you search online or go to local business networking meetups.

Another option is to open an affiliate program for your business online if you are more comfortable with that.
