How do I get Cydia? OR: How do I get new UDID for iphone

Hey everybody! I love this forum already. Thanks for all the good stuff so far!

I want to get CYDIA installed to my (already) jailbroken iphone 7. But I seem to be the only person in the einternet that does not know where to get Cydia from. Can someone help?

Thenreason I need Cydia is so that I can get a new UDID for my phone because of Instagram. I have used bad accounts on my iphone device (too much bot usage, too many engagement groups, too many experiments) and everytime I want to use a new and healthy account on that same device, I get banned or shadow banned. So I want to get an app on Cydia that will fake my phone's UID to Instagram, If that makes sense.

So: Where the hell fo I find Cydia?

I haven't had a jailbroken phone for like 4 years. From what I remember, when you jailbreak you automatically get Cydia. Maybe it's different now

Thanks for your reply! That makes me doubt that my phone is jailbroken ... How do I know whether it is jailbroken? At least, I can put any SIM inside that I want. Does that mean its jailbroken?
