How do I get AdSense approval for my new website?

I need to get AdSense approval from my article site. I try two times to approval. But it didn't work. This is my website http://howtodownloadapk.com/

Comply with the AdSense Program policies
Sign up for an Google AdSense account

as far as i know, apk websites are against AdSense TOS,
if you've seen some similar websites running with AdSense, they got the approval with some different content 1st most likely,
you can make some different website with different content to get the approval, point the domain to it (just a different folder), get approved then point it back to the current one

Is Organic Traffic a must before Approval??
 
Make sure you have all the proper legal pages, cookie warnings etc. Also social connections help a lot - have a fb page for the site and share buttons. Hope this helps
 
There is no way you can get AdSense approved with that site. Software Downloads? Copyrights? Nope, not at all. Better start a legitimate site.

Google owns Android and they own Adsense. No way a tutorial on how to get Android apps installed outside their store is gonna get accepted on Adsense.

Traffic: Okay
Proper Pages: Updated properly.
Social media pages: Need to Update
Problem: Niche is technology. Find out if you have written for google and google's product. If it's negative, make it positive or remove that post from the site. Concentrate only on general topics only.

Update at least 1 content per week. Share it on social media pages. Do it for just 1 month and apply for AdSense, they may approve.

There are some points to look into when you did not get the approval.
You should not have questionable content.
Your content must be plagiarism-free.
Your site must be more than 3 months old.
You should own the URL.
 
There is no way you will get approved, try on with other networks.

Anyway, yeah, traffic has nothing to do with Adsense but with no traffic, you can't do much.

First build steady traffic flow, after that think about cashing in...

Its all about having a descent looking website with good quality content on allowed topics.

Having traffic, social existance are helpful but not necessary. I had a website with 5000 daily traffic and was still rejected more than twice.

Your website topic and content don't seem fit for approval at the moment.
 
I just had the fastest Adsense approval I've ever had.
An informational website, 43 posts, 30.5k words, Traffic is basically nothing. approved 3 hours after submission. Never had a site get approved so fast. They did a very quick cursory review, they check to make sure your site "looks" full and not half-finished. For this site, all they did was check each category. Make your site look good and "finished".

Is the Site is legit and Trusted Products or services there ?

If Not then Do this so First and focus on anything else or Might you have to Get Aged adsense account for that If you still face this issue
