how do i create a content locker on cpabuild

i just wanted to start doing cpabuild content locking and i just don't know how to create a content locker , i have ogads and it's quite easy on ogads to create a content locker . this one now gives me templates options that are crap when i try viewing them . can anyone please help me on this on . i will greatly appreciate your help
