QUESTION: I'd like to implement such thing in my website. Is it done by using XML file or Sitemap or other Codes? Or is it done by Google themselves?

Members who could SHARE ideas about this MATTER, adds coolness to your websites and links in Google.

Quality Posts are appreciated. Thank you!

    Hey,

That's a little nifty tool that Google uses called Sitelinks. They just pretty much analyzr your website and see how your linking works, for example if you use Categories and what have you, and will display the most relevant to their searches ...

I don't think you can do much other than clean up your code. And to add, XML wouldn't add anything in terms of Sitelinks...

If you're using a CMS, then you're already half way there - just start filling in the black pages lol ...

    Hope this helps :D

Thanks for that link. That was useful.

So this depends on Google's discretion.

    Thanks again.
