How can i unblock myself from forums?

I started forums link building and due to less knowledge of forum link building, I spammed a few of the forums and as a result blocked from a couple of forums. Now, whenever I try to register any forum, I receive the message that I am detected as a spammer and can't register. Now I got the way to enter naturally into forums after this bad experience and will try to be natural and helpful to the communities. But how can I remove my IP from spam because I am not able to do any forum link building? Thanks

Forums have a variety of methods to catch spammers and an IP address is just one of them.

You'll need to get plastic surgery and either lose a lot of weight or gain a lot of weight so you look entirely different to get past the filters.

MAC address is not readable to website owners. It's just the ip/cookies or universal cookie that gets stored on your computer.

Besides, its extremely easy to spoof, and may not be unique globally. Some routers allow this from the UI itself. I don't think any forum would rely on that even if it was available.

Some forums don't even detect Tor activity. You can easily bypass their ban by connecting with a Tor browser
