hello,
actually I wanted to rank up my blog on google first page. I already share my blog many social bookmarking sites, also share my blog many forum'' blackhat forum is the best''. also share my blog many doc share site many slide share site. what else can I do for it??

There is not such kind of ranking fast, besides your social signals, backlinks, hq content, the time is the most important and hard part.

the important work is never really that easy brother!
 
You can rank for keywords that literally have no competition in only a couple of hours, but good luck finding any.

Otherwise you're probably looking at between 3 and 18 months.
 
Make your website as a user-friendly and give quality of content and page speed and build more and strong backlinks.
Share social media and increase the traffic.
 
Social bookmarking and forum links are very old method it would help for diversity. Try build links from PBN, Guest posts and press release. Unique and user engaged content will help 2020. Select your focus keyword, long tail keyword is better option.
 
-You need to find primary keyword
-then you need to find 2-3 related keyword
-keywords should have less competition and low volume will also work
-Do proper on page
-Proper niche relevant backlinks
-Marketing
-If you have old website it can be ranked in 2-3 months but not much faster than that
 
quality content and good backlink can make your SERP improved in google or bing. Have you tried quality backlinks ?
 
if you want to rank fast..the most crucial thing is on keyword competition.

if you can find keyword that no one cover, then you can go for it... but make sure that you create high quality content.
with this method, you can rank, even if you do not use backlink
