Normally, newly registered web2.0s are now considered as a new site, and the search engine may not consider its primary domain's authority, in which it may not flow down to its subdomain in that aspect. There are a few good web2.0 that are considered as good by the search engine, judging by the amount of web security that they enforce on their site.
If the web2.0s are not getting indexed, then you can either submit it to an indexing service - through a software or via those paid services, those can get the links indexed within a day - depending on which service. But such services may not stick - 2 months down the road, it may not be indexed any longer.
The only sticking way to make those web2.0s indexed is to further build links and tier it further with more backlinks, and it will have a longer lasting effect and link juice will flow accordingly through the structure.

Either build tier 2 to them, as advised above or get expired ones. Those already have links in place and you can get them yourself. I do several things to ensure that Web 2.0s get indexed. These actions are useful not only for indexing, but also for increasing the link juice of Web 2.0, which could later be transferred to your money site:
- Original content. This is prerequisite. Of course, it can also be spun content, but it has to be original to Google. I, however, always go with writing my original content, or I find a related article on web archive, or more than one, and then improve/combine them to create something unique.
- Keep your Web 2.0s updated. Keep posting new content from time to time. Once a month should suffice, but the more the better. Just don't go posting 5 articles in a day, and then keep silent for 3 months.
- Social signals. I do social signals for all my Web 2.0 properties (30 FB Shares, Tweets, Pins; 20 Google+, Diigo, Stumbleupon... etc)
- 10 manual niche related blog comments for each.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 links - using your favorite SEO tool.
