How can I make my backlinks looks normal or non spammy?

I use black hat backlink methods as I make 90% of do follow backlinks from high authority site (some relevant some are not) and 10% no follow links.
Am I doing right in eyes of Google?

Go on ahrefs and look at your competitions links. Copy their profile
