so how do i know if am ready for adsense , should i request ?

I'm in the same situation as you.
After reading a few threads here on BHW and Adsense's T&C, I understand that:
1. you need to make sure there are no half-built places on your site.
2. Privacy policy, terms and conditions, cookie consent, CCPA and GDPR compliance.

can u explain more brother
how do i know if there isn't half-built places
and do i set up cookie consent ,ccpa and GDPR

10 articles on a new website isn't the best. Of course, you might get lucky. But you need your site finished, with privacy policy, contact details, good layout and design. I have seen many blogger blogs, and they look bad. Persuade me that yours is any different! :D

What I understand by half built is that all links should go to a page (no placeholders or broken links, etc)

i don't have the feeling
Once you've waited a few months, and kept the publishing date spaced out a bit as the weeks go on, and you have text/image/video's, and you start to notice visitors in your analytics, then you are ready. But you defo need more than 10 articles. Try 30, for success at least!

Your site must be at least 3 months old and should be live.
Look into the eligibility criteria and work on the things in which you are missing.

In addition to what other forum members have told you for me you are ready for Adsense when you start getting some visits to your site.

i don't have visits to my website am triyng to get traffic from google (SEO)
and i think that will take some time
can u advise me where can get traffic ? free or paid
thanks mate <3

Personally, I'd want until site is getting consistent traffic. Set a LOW threshold like maybe 500 visitors a mo

Before thinking of monetization, in your case you wanna submit to adsense, bring traffic first
Let's say you are accepted now in Adsense, so what, you will earn 0$ the first months
Focus on traffic first then monetization
