one way I have seen people do this is ask people in a forum to vote for you (Hint: BHW). Even offer an incentive if you can.

I see a lot of people using the Microworkers site to get Facebook likes. You could also use a Facebook exchange like YouLikeHits or hire a specialist to do all of it for you.
