How can I get ranked in google fast

People use social media to actually gain visibility and confuse it for page rank. page rank and visibility are two different things and both are very important. Page rank can be achieved only through SEO works and I do agree that social media is also used because along with visibility of your website it gives some strong backlinks.

And to get a good page rank I would suggest you to start working on your backlink building. but make sure that you are having some quality backlinks because google doesn't consider the quantity of backlinks anymore. Backlinks can be created using articles, blogs etc.

You will get in cheaper price and save time but can't depend on these backlinks only. Whitehat backlinks require as backbone

I wouldnt suggest any blackhat seo if you want your site to stick. Just do whitehat and be a little more patient.
