How can I get into data brokerage?

I’m not looking for theory—I want to build and ship something fast. Ideally something I can automate or scale. I can write scrapers, build enrichment bots, APIs, dashboards, whatever. I just need direction.

• Who buys it?
• How do I find a niche that isn’t saturated?
• Any examples of successful data plays?
