I see a lot of viral website adding next and previous to their articles in other to increase pageviews and ads ctr. Is there a plugin or script i can use to do this without changing my site template, i want to achieve something like ths screenshot below.

You may try the theme from where you took screen shot
Or
You can try to find some post navigation plugin with similar design
Or * most easy n and functional
Add custom button in the end of post to link the post you want

Yes, i have a template that acts similar. You only have to select on show only one post.

My suggestion will be to test each template.
