If you have a query relating to your BHW account (for example, 'How do I reset my password?') you can log a ticket with BHW support.

Go to support.blackhatworld.com and you will see a list of articles that may answer your question.



If your query isn't answered then click on the 'New Support Ticket'


You can then fill in the form with your question and click 'Submit' to submit your query.




We endeavour to reply as soon as possible, but we are only human so please be patient with us. If you haven't heard from us in a little while, please send us a gentle reminder and we will try to get an answer to you.

Just a suggestion. It would be good if there would be a ticket status/tracking or history option as well.
Atm you only submit a ticket and the rest of the correspondence is done via email.
For example i have a ticket to which i do not know the status of, and still waiting for a reply.

I have a smm panel website. I want to open a topic about my site and advertise in this forum. Do I have to be JRVIP to post and advertise my website? Apart from these, I saw an option with a fee of 90usd per week, but I did not fully understand it. Is it okay for me to buy this $90 package?

You will need a jrvip subscription in order to sell (it comes with a couple of requirements) or you can get a marketplace account.

The $90 a week is most likely the sticky thread fee. It means that your offer will stay in the first page even if it's not bumped.

We can't provide an answer to that as it depends on too many factors.

If it's during standard work days and work hours and it's a fairly simple request (e.g., changing a username and the new username is available), then expect it to be resolved within 8 hours.
